      Cancel Your Subscription

      Need to cancel your account? Follow these steps.

      We want to learn from you! Email us at support@describely.ai and tell us what would make Describely irreplaceable for your business.

      1. In the left sidebar, click Account.
      2. On the right side, click the Modify Subscription button.
      3. On the right side, click the Cancel plan button.
      4. Confirm your cancellation on the next page.

      Note: Only account admins can cancel active subscriptions.
