• Multiple secure sign-in options are available, such as Google authentication and single sign-on (SSO) for High Volume customers. 
• Data is securely stored in our internal database hosted on AWS.
• Your sensitive data is encrypted at rest and not visible to employees. All data in transit is encrypted via SSL.
• When connecting to stores like Shopify, you only grant Describely access to manage your product content. We do not have access to other store information like order, customer, or billing information.
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA) and SSO is applied on all Describely's internal team tools.
• We do not use your data to train our AI module.
• You can revoke access and request your data be removed at any time.
