High Volume Plan Onboarding Overview

Welcome to Describely! Here you'll get a bird's eye view of the high volume plan's onboarding process.

The 3 stages of onboarding

We like to keep it simple so your experience will consist of 3 phases!

Kick off

Meet & greet

Once your contract is signed, it's time to meet your Customer Success Manager (CSM)! We'll schedule a 30 minute kick off call with the stakeholders in your business to meet one another, review your goals, and set clear expectations for onboarding.

How long does onboarding take? We'll match your urgency but generally see onboarding take between 7 and 30 days.

Get organized

You and your CSM will discuss how our teams will communicate, execute, and stay organized so your goals for Describely are achieved.

Tip: Have one person on your team act as the project lead and main point of contact during onboarding. This person will ensure any onboarding tasks requiring your team stay on track.

Team training

Your CSM will always schedule a time to meet your team and teach them the basics of how to use Describely. When this training session takes place is completely based on you and your team's preference!

Graduation

Once your team is confident using their new product content manager, you'll officially graduate from the onboarding process! Really this just means that we formally bring an end to onboarding, and you and your CSM begin connecting on a quarterly basis to ensure your goals continue to be met and Describely grows with you as your team and business evolves.
