Update Your Billing Information

Need to change the name on your invoices, your billing address, or payment method? Learn how!

Note: Only account admins can update billing information and payment methods.

Update your billing information

  1. On the bottom left, click Account
  2. On the right side, click the Modify Subscription button.

    Important: if you are an Enterprise user, click the Go to Billing Portal button.
  3. Scroll to Billing Information and click Update information.
  4. Enter your changes and click Save. Voila! Your billing information has been updated.

Update your payment method

We currently accept the following: Google Pay, Visa, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Cartes Bancaires, Diners Club, China UnionPay, and JCB. 

  1. On the bottom left, click Account
  2. On the right, click Modify Subscription
  3. Click the pencil icon to the right of your current payment method. 
  4. Select Add payment method.
  5. Enter your new payment information. 
  6. Click Update.

Voila! Your plan's payment method has been changed.
