      Disconnect a Store

      Need to remove a store connector from Describely? Follow these easy steps!

      1. Select the Catalogs tab in the left-hand toolbar. Click the three dots on the catalog you'd like to delete.

      2. Click Deactivate Catalog. 

      Note: Deactivated catalogs can easily be reactivated by clicking the three dots again and selecting Reactivate Catalog. 

         3.    To delete the catalog, click the three dots again. Select Delete Catalog and click the                  button to confirm. This will delete your catalog and disconnect the store connector                    from your account.

      Tip: If you need to add a new store after disconnecting one, it may take a few moments for Describely to reflect the available connector. Try refreshing the page if needed!

      Once a catalog is completely deleted, it cannot be reactivated. You'll need to re-connect the store connector.
