      How to Log into Your Account

      Request a sign-in link or code

      1. From the log-in page, enter your email address in the box and select either Send Login Link or Send Login Code.
      2. Navigate to your email inbox and locate the verification email.
      3. For log-in links, click Sign In to open a new browser tab logged into your Describely account. For log-in codes, copy and paste or manually enter the provided code in Describely and click Verify Code. Voila!
      Haven't received your log-in email? Be sure to check your spam folder. If you still need help, reach out to us at support@describely.ai.

      Note: Log-ins will expire after 30 days. After this time, repeat these steps to re-verify your log-in. 

      Sign in with Google

      1. From the log-in page, click Sign in with Google.
      2. Choose the Google account you'd like to log in with. You may need to re-enter your password as a verification step. Voila!

      Log in with a password

      1. From the log-in page, click Login here at the bottom.
      2. Enter your email and password.
      3. Click Sign In.

      Important: If you haven't already created a password, you'll need to first click Sign up at the bottom. 

      Log in with single sign-on

      Note: Single sign-on is a paid feature available if you are on an Enterprise plan with more than one user on your account. Only account admins can request access.
