How to Log into Your Account

Learn more about the different ways to access your account!

Request a sign-in link or code

Note: Log-ins will expire after 30 days. After this time, repeat these steps to re-verify your log-in.

From the log-in page, enter your email address in the box and select either Send Login Link or Send Login Code.
Navigate to your email inbox and locate the verification email.
For log-in links, click Sign In to open a new browser tab logged into your Describely account. For log-in codes, copy and paste or manually enter the provided code in Describely and click Verify Code. Voila!

Haven't received your sign-in email? Be sure to check your spam folder. If you still need help, reach out to us at support@describely.ai.

Sign in with Google

From the log-in page, click Sign in with Google.
Choose the Google account you'd like to log in with. You may need to re-enter your password as a verification step. Voila!

Accidentally select Sign in with Google and having trouble logging in with other methods? Clearing your cookie/cache should help! Email support@describely.ai if you need further assistance.

Log in with a password

From the log-in page, click Login here at the bottom.
Enter your email and password.
Click Sign In.

Important: If you haven't already created a password, you'll need to first click Sign up at the bottom.

Log in with single sign-on

Note: Single sign-on is a paid feature available if you are on a High Volume plan with more than one user on your account. Only account admins can request access.
