Manage Your Product Catalogs

Learn how to easily update your product catalogs!

What is a catalog? Catalogs are collections of products. You can house all your products in a single catalog (using catalog groups & filters to arrange, filter, and sort columns according to your needs) or organize products across multiple (for example: by launch, brand, & product category).

Rename a catalog

  1. In the left sidebar, click Product Catalogs.
  2. Click the three dots in the corner of your catalog.
  3. Select Edit.
  4. Make your edits and click the Save Changes button at the bottom.

Move products between catalogs

Important: Currently, you can only move products between catalogs created via file upload (not store connectors)

  1. Within any catalog, select the products you'd like to move.
  2. Click the three dots on the top right to expand more options (to the right of the green Add Product button).
  3. Click the Move Products button.
  4. Choose the catalog you'd like to move these products to from the dropdown.
  5. Select Move Products. If you'd like, you can instead click Create New Catalog to move them to a new catalog.

Deactivate or delete a catalog

  1. On the left sidebar, click Product Catalogs.
  2. Click the three dots in the corner of the catalog you'd like to deactivate.
  3. Select Archive or Delete.

 

Deactivating a catalog will deactivate all its products. You can reactivate the catalog if needed.

Deleting a catalog through a store connector will disconnect that store, and it must be re-connected again. When a catalog is deleted, all product information is removed.

Reactivate a catalog

  1. On the left sidebar, click Product Catalogs.
  2. In the upper right, click the Archive Products button.
  3. On the left, locate your catalog and select the three dots to the right of it.
  4. Select Reactivate to reactivate your catalog and all its products. Voila!
