Archive, Reactivate, or Disconnect a Catalog or Store
- Select the Catalogs tab in the left-hand toolbar. Click the three dots on the catalog you'd like to deactivate or delete.
- Click Archive or Delete. Archived catalogs can easily be reactivated, but once a catalog is deleted, it cannot be restored.
To restore an archived catalog:
- On the top right, click Archived Products.
- Click the three dots on the catalog you'd like to restore.
- Select Reactivate and then Reactivate Catalog to confirm.
- Voila! On the top, click Back to Products to return to your active catalogs.
To delete an archived catalog:
- On the top right, click Archived Products.
- Click the three dots on the catalog you'd like to delete.
- Select Delete and then Delete Catalog to confirm. This will completely remove your catalog's product information and if connected, disconnect your store from your account.
Important: If you need to re-connect your store after disconnecting it, it may take a few moments for Describely to reflect the store is now available. Try refreshing the page if needed!
