Archive, Reactivate, or Disconnect a Catalog or Store

  1. Select the Catalogs tab in the left-hand toolbar. Click the three dots on the catalog you'd like to deactivate or delete.
  2. Click Archive or Delete. Archived catalogs can easily be reactivated, but once a catalog is deleted, it cannot be restored.

To restore an archived catalog:

  1. On the top right, click Archived Products.
  2. Click the three dots on the catalog you'd like to restore.
  3. Select Reactivate and then Reactivate Catalog to confirm.
  4. Voila! On the top, click Back to Products to return to your active catalogs.

To delete an archived catalog:

  1. On the top right, click Archived Products.
  2. Click the three dots on the catalog you'd like to delete.
  3. Select Delete and then Delete Catalog to confirm. This will completely remove your catalog's product information and if connected, disconnect your store from your account.

Important: If you need to re-connect your store after disconnecting it, it may take a few moments for Describely to reflect the store is now available. Try refreshing the page if needed!
