      How to Import Products

      Seamlessly upload your products into Describely!

      Important: For the best experience, log into Describely on a desktop or laptop computer through Google Chrome. Our software doesn't run ideally on mobile devices at this time. 

      1. From the left-hand toolbar, click Import Products.
      2. Select your Catalog type. You can either import product information from a file or choose from an available storefront connector. 

      3. Follow the steps based on your catalog type. 

      Note: By default, products imported through a file will be in a "Draft" status. Those imported via a store connector will automatically have a "Synced" status. Learn more about syncing your product from your store here.

      Now you're ready to jump right into creating your content rules and generating content in bulk!
